Job description
The Senior Manager Marketing; Research & Planning that we are looking for will be responsible to:
- Establish, implement and manage the implementation and improvement of competitive products and services for the market segment to satisfy NMB customers’ needs and increase profit and growth while minimizing risks
Manage the research and planning unit to assist in the developing of new products with the product development teams and play an active role in PAC process
Plan, manage and execute products roll-out
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement annual marketing plan in line with the business strategy
- Develop and design market driven products in collaboration with product development team
- Conduct product reviews and design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the product life cycle
- Conduct market surveys for financial services to access the market information for entire banking products and services using internal and external resources
- Review research reports and analyses to ensure accuracy, logical consistency and value add Assess the effectiveness of NMB’s strategy in the market place and advice management
- Benchmark NMB’s products and services to that of the competitors in the market and recommend on new markets, products and pricing
- Assist in national marketing initiatives in order to meet revenue growth objectives.
- Identify events and sponsorships that will showcase NMB’s products and services.
- Plan, manage and coordinate events and sponsorships schedule for the year including budgets.
- Provide monthly reports on events and research.
- Maintain direct contact with personnel from the various outside organizations and internal departments associated with scheduled events

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Banking/Marketing or its equivalent in undertaking marketing at a high (senior) level, preferably in banking.
- 5 years of experience in marketing and research at a Senior level.
